The Gingerbread (Original Cookies Recipes)

Ingredients
- 3 Cups of All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 Cup Molasses
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Tsp Clove Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
In a glass bowl, sieve the following ingredients – all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, nutmeg, clove powder and salt. Once done, whisk the dry mixture for few seconds and keep it aside.
In your hand mixer/stand mixer, add ¾ cup of unsalted butter at room temperature and make this butter into a creamy consistency. Now add brown sugar, molasses into the mixer along with vanilla extract and 1 egg, and mix for 30-40 seconds before we add our dry mixture into it. Finally, add the dry mixture and mix it at low speed until all the ingredients are mixed well. Your cookie dough is ready. Refrigerate this dough for some time.
Once the dough is firm, pre heat in a oven at 350F. Spread your dough into a good size with the help of all-purpose flour and rolling pin. With the help of cookie cutters of different shapes and sizes, cut the dough and place them into a baking tray with butter paper lining and bake them for 10 minutes at 350F. Decorate the cookies with icing sugar, cream outline, gems etc.
Butter Festival Cookies Recipes

Ingredients
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
Method
In a bowl, add butter and powdered sugar and beat it with the help of hand blender until it is light and fluffy. Now add 1 cup of flour and mix it.
Add the remaining flour to the mixture and mix until it is mixed properly.
In-case your dough becomes too soft, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to it. Your dough is now ready.
Wrap it in a plastic wrap and refrigerate it. Once the dough is set, spread it with the help of a rolling pin and with the help of cookie cutter, cut into different theme shapes as per your liking. Bake them at 350F(180 C) for 15 minutes until they become golden brown.
Your butter cookies are now ready. Decorate with icing sugar, confetti, or sugar piping in as per your festival theme.

Choco Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 190 Grams All-Purpose Flour
- 115 Grams Unsalted Butter
- 50 Grams White Sugar
- 100 Grams Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Choco Chips
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
In a bowl, first add all dry ingredients i.e. flour, salt, baking soda and keep it aside.
Take another bowl and with the help of blender, mix unsalted butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
Now add egg and vanilla extract to it and mix well. Once done, add all the dry ingredients and blend it again. The cookie mixture is ready.
Then add Choco Chips to the mixture and mix with the help of a spatula.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes, make small balls and bake them at 350F for 15-20 min until they are golden brown.
Your soft chewy Choco chips Christmas cookies are now ready.
Oreo Festival Cookies Recipes

Ingredients
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 12 Oreo Cookies
Method
In a bowl, make a mixture of dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt). With the help of blender, mix unsalted butter and sugar in a separate bowl. Once it is creamy add the egg and vanilla extract and mix it again.
Now add all the dry ingredients and blend them until they have mixed well. Your sugar cookie dough is ready.
Now add white chocolate chips and Oreo cookies (break them into small pieces) and mix them well.
Make them into small balls and transfer into a baking tray. Top it with red and green confetti for Christmas theme and bake them for 15-20 minutes at 350F. Your Oreo Cookies are ready for your FESTIVAL fam jam!!
